Year 2's Number Lines to 100

Year 2's Number Lines

In Maths this week, Year 2 have been counting in 10s to 100. Children were split into two large groups, where they had to work as a team to create a number line to 100 using whiteboards. 

In their teams they discussed which group of 10 each child would write and once finished, joined the whiteboards together. Each team had a mathematician who checked the number lines were correct and suggested changes if they were needed.
