Year 1 Muddy Geography

This week Year 1 have been learning about the four countries that make up the United Kingdom as part of their Geography big question ‘Where in the World am I?’

They worked in groups to represent the countries using ropes and labelled them using stones. This was followed up in the classroom, where children were challenged to add additional labels such as capital cities and seas.
