Y4 - Hindu Priest

To help us to understand more about our RE unit on Hinduism, Year Four had a visit from Kirtida, a Hindu priest based in Newcastle.

She explained what it is like to be a Hindu in Britain today, treated the children to a musical performance and demonstrated an arti ceremony. 

The children asked some very searching questions and listened with interest and respect – well done Year Four.
