Writing Day in Reception

Reception loved National Writing Day! They particularly enjoyed writing positive notes for teachers and siblings and delivering them round school. They played Human Hungry Hippos on scooter boards, collecting letter balls to spell words.

Children have been busy writing Wanted posters and making notes in the Police Station to catch Lanky Len and Hefty Hugh from our story 'What the Ladybird Heard.' The caterpillars have now become chrysalis'. We are looking forward to seeing them transform.
