Scientists!

This week Year 3 have completed a science enquiry experiment to finish off our topic on Light. We started off learning about artificial and natural light sources and how they differ from reflectors. Then Year 3 thought about what shadows were; the absence of light!

The experiment started with our enquiry question:

’I wonder what happens to my shadow when the light source (the sun) moves.’

We decided we would draw around our shadows at different points in the day and notice the difference between them.
