Reception Spring Stay and Play

Children enjoyed welcoming grown ups into the classroom for Stay and Play sessions this week. There was lots of drawing and building, and the odd appearance from the chicks too! 

For the rest of the week, children were busy with dinosaur projects. Writing dinosaur books, creating dinosaur riddles and learning how to draw dinosaurs.

In Maths, Reception learnt all the ways to make 8. They used Numicon to help them and played pairs games to find 2 numbers that made 8.
