Nursery have enjoyed the story of Jonny Gentoo by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.
We have learnt new facts about Penguins. We have had a go at moving like penguins!
We have enjoyed creating collage penguins and painting penguins. We named the different parts of a penguin. These will be displayed in our art gallery!
Following the ice theme the children have explored ‘ice painting’. They loved the different way of painting a picture, making lots of different movements.
We have looked at the number 3 and found and made groups of 3.
