Art - Take One Picture

This week we have been looking at our Take One Picture painting by Ludolf Bakhuizen.

We looked closely at the picture and used our prediction skill to imagine what could be happening in the picture. Was it a war? Is the big ship about the sink? 

In Art we have looked at creating gradients. We started with circles, moving from dark to light and light to dark.

We progressed onto paint, trying to create different greens and blues inspired by the picture.
